Dedicated IPs: Are They Necessary?

Although many clients are content with the shared IPs we offer, some will be better off using a dedicated IP. This new IP address’s reputation will be on par with the sending methods you practice. It does give you a bit more responsibility – certainly more than shared IP addresses do. As such, you should be well-read on best practices for deliverability, GDPR, and laws pertaining to CAN-SPAM.

Be mindful that dedicated IPs are available upon request if you are sending out 150,000 emails per month or more (subject to our deliverability staff’s approval). If desired, more IPs are attainable for an extra fee.
